a contract to develop ITIL-based operational processes for a new NOC that will support the Department of
Defense. Fusion PPT will be developing a concept of operations (CONOPS), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reviewing the fault and performance management tools for an optical-based telecommunications infrastructure.
