Fusion PPT, a recognized cloud computing strategy and technology firm, announced today that they have been awarded a contract with a major telecommunication service provider to architect and deploy a new global Enterprise Management System (EMS). Fusion PPT will be deploying an EMS system geared towards providing self-service capabilities for customers. Fusion PPT will work closely with the EMS team during the design and implementation of the EMS solution to create a system that increases efficiency and lowers the total cost of ownership (TCO).

Fusion PPT will also utilize an ITIL Service Transition approach to migrate the new environment into production. The new EMS will increase Network Operations Center (NOC) efficiency, reduce costs, increase visibility and proactive capabilities.
