Applicants had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, independent companies. The minimum revenue required for 2010 was $100,000, and the minimum for 2013 was $2,000,000.

This achievement puts the firm in company with some of the biggest names in business, including Microsoft, Oracle, Visio, Intuit, Timberland, Chobani, Pandora, and Zappos.com.
