As a recognized leader in innovative IT solutions, Fusion PPT will be providing hands-on engineering and architecture services to support the Enterprise Architecture Division (EAD) in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp (PBGC). The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp is responsible for protecting the retirement incomes of more than 40 million American workers in nearly 24,000 private-sector defined benefit pension plans. Fusion PPT will utilize their vast experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) to build on the Federal Enterprise Architecture that PBGC has been successfully using for over ten years to manage data.

To support the project, Fusion PPT will address the critical success factors of people, process, and technology, defining success at the level of organizational impact and the incorporation of new systems into daily workflows and job functions – critical elements in driving successful PBGC EA segment architecture teams.

As these existing PBGC standards are aligned to the updated Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) v2 Consolidated Reference Models and PBGC Information Technology Strategic Plan, Fusion PPT plans to use these as the foundation for our approach delivering the requirements in the contract. This project will help PBGC to improve their legal technologies, Contract Writing System, Data Warehouse Analysis and Design, and Pension Plan Data Management.
